Advisor didn’t properly advise. Informed me that the app was inaccurate and instead of advising me to change the service to the necessary one, just allowed a $600 unnecessary service to be done.
Technician rude and disrespectful. I declined a recommended service and mysteriously ended up with a bolt in my tire. When I drove off the lot I noticed it and returned immediately and was met with hostility and rude unnecessary comments as if I did something.

My truck had a few issues, and although it took longer than I thought to get the truck back, they more than made up for it by covering expenses, washing the car, filling it up with gas, and delivering it to my house. The service issue, was more than made up for by the excellent customer service.

My 2009 Ford Fusion was inspected by Chapman Ford on July 29. I was taken care of by Jack. He is a very good customer service employee. I had forgotten one important paper for the inspection. Since I am only approximately 4 miles away, he patiencently waited until I drove home to obtain this paper. Thanks again Jack!

I just purchased a Bronco there, The Salesman, Fran Galasso was friendly & well informed. He answered all of my questions without pressuring me. He is typical of the salespeople at Chapman. Multiple times of needing routine checks &once with emergency appt & no loaner available. Had to call out of work due to no transportation, which as a nurse practitioner, is not acceptable. It was an ordeal, for inspection plus recall check, to arrange a loaner... turns out i didn't have my car for 6 day-- a loaner was needed but was meant to feel like an imposition to have one arranged. I wish I remembered her name, the service manager I worked with was very warm and welcoming. She even helped me use my Ford points, which I was very grateful for. They performed an annual inspection and an oil change in under 2 hrs. They got me back and on my way!

2022 Ford Maverick was destroyed so I went to Chapman and spoke with Mike Moyer. Straight shooter which is exactly how I like to do business. Next day we were in the new 2025 Ford Maverick. I was not please with the time my vehicle was in the shop, My explorer was in there 2 weeks. I was told that the warranty company had to send A inspector to check the claim and until then, I had to wait. To make A long story short, I think the dealer could have accommodated me with A loaner or set up A rental. I spent 1700.00 plus the warranty company picked up 1300. It can be difficult actually reaching the desired party through the phone prompt system. The staff are friendly both on the phone and in person.
Communication was horrible still having problems with my truck. They’re giving me to run around not answering the phone. They promised me that they would reimburse me for my truck payments while truck was in service and did not do that at all. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to Chapman for the Philadelphia

Don’t have anything to really say about it except the service isn’t bad just wish the oil changes could be quicker
The Dealership as some from friendly people working there . But I am always left with an issue after leaving. After my last visit. I found dents, scratched paint and my rubber seals falling off, that i didn't have prior to dropping the car off.
