I wish I remembered her name, the service manager I worked with was very warm and welcoming. She even helped me use my Ford points, which I was very grateful for. They performed an annual inspection and an oil change in under 2 hrs. They got me back and on my way!

It’s been several years since I’ve been to Chapman's Ford dealer for service because I moved out of the city. But I recently had service done, and as always, no issues. It felt good to go back and see familiar faces. They have serviced all my Fords since 04, 3 Explorers, and now my Escape. They are but a few minutes from my job. 2022 Ford Maverick was destroyed so I went to Chapman and spoke with Mike Moyer. Straight shooter which is exactly how I like to do business. Next day we were in the new 2025 Ford Maverick. Mike was a straight professional the entire time. Not having to deal with the back and forth was a relief. I would refer Mike to anyone looking for a vehicle and I’m glad I had the experience I did. I was not please with the time my vehicle was in the shop, My explorer was in there 2 weeks. I was told that the warranty company had to send A inspector to check the claim and until then, I had to wait. To make A long story short, I think the dealer could have accommodated me with A loaner or set up A rental. I spent 1700.00 plus the warranty company picked up 1300. The service was good. The last time I was in there only thing I was looking for a upgrade on my F150, and I noticed that the Chapman on the boulevard didn’t have what I was looking for.
Prompt greeting upon arrival. All work to be done explained simply and accurately. Excellent service.
Greeted with respectful, and courteous employees. Vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I received mechanical report on all repairs , before and after service.

It can be difficult actually reaching the desired party through the phone prompt system. The staff are friendly both on the phone and in person.
Communication was horrible still having problems with my truck. They’re giving me to run around not answering the phone. They promised me that they would reimburse me for my truck payments while truck was in service and did not do that at all. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to Chapman for the Philadelphia
Under warranty, should provide a loaner car, for repairs that will last longer than a day.

Don’t have anything to really say about it except the service isn’t bad just wish the oil changes could be quicker
The Dealership as some from friendly people working there . But I am always left with an issue after leaving. After my last visit. I found dents, scratched paint and my rubber seals falling off, that i didn't have prior to dropping the car off.

My car was there all week and nothing was done. I tried to reschedule the following week and the next appointment was 2 weeks out. Shouldnt take nearly a month to get an update done

Told me something which is not true. Their so called 27 year transmission tech guy told me my Transmission was bad and need to replace it. Took it to a local mechanic, found out my transmission was 100% fine. Oil was leaking from the oil cap and dripping down. Terrible and unreliable service
