This is a clean friendly dealership that plays awesome music, serves popcorn, and greets you when you arrive. It is conveniently located for me, only 10-15 minutes from home. I had a 1 pm appointment and was not kept waiting. After getting all that boring paperwork out of the way I was taken on a tour of the dealership which was quite impressive! The Chapman Ford dealership sucks. I brought my car in for service on August 14, and after keeping the car for a week while rental car expenses were ticking away, the car had to be towed to a REAL repair shop. The service department just didn't want to work on the car, because a rodent got into the engine, which is becoming a more commonplace problem because companies like Ford are manufacturing wiring harnesses with SOY, which attracts vermin.
